Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour OR oat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon mace or nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup applesauce, or two individual serving containers
1 1/2 teaspoon egg replacer powder
2 tablespoon almond milk
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Mix the egg replacer with the almond milk, add it and all the other
Wet ingredients to the dry mixture. Drop onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment.
This makes 12 large cookies or 24 small cookies.
Cool on wire rack. Store in refrigerator.
