Breakfast Wrap To-Go

Dice a handful of mushrooms and sauté 

Add a pile of crushed chickpeas (rinsed, (canned) then use a potato masher)

Tear up three large kale leaves, removing the center rib

Sprinkle with toasted pumpkin seeds

Shred some carrots and when it is all nicely steamed, pile it on a large spinach tortilla

Or place it onto a plate if you don't need it to-go
Add some herbs and pepper.  I purposely did not add garlic since this was a morning wrap to eat on the way to work.  It took about 10 minutes to prepare.
