Plant-based Thai Peanut Sauce Recipe:
1 cup dry peanut butter powder (PB2)
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
3/4 cup warm water
1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated or diced fine
4 cloves garlic, diced fine
6 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
5 tablespoons sweetener
1 1/2 teaspoons siracha sauce
3 tablespoons flaxseed meal
