Putting the FUN back into barbeque for the plant-based diet: Mongolian BBQ Style

We found a really big wok at Cash N' Carry that we used to saute' fresh vegetables and tofu for a really delicious meal over the weekend.  There is something really fun about cooking your own food over a fire.  We each put our favorite veggies into a bowl and then transfered them to the wok to cook them in soy sauce, or curry with garlic, hoisen sauce, etc.  Those who wanted the mildest spices went first, so the last person inherited the flavors from every one else's mix.
It was just so much fun.  I will post more photos soon.
