Adding a little bling to vegetable garden

DIY Metal Embossed Plant Labels

I am trying to remember how important it is to balance my life, work (both employment and home chores and projects) and creative play.  Right now I am working on an idea to add some bling to the garden plant labels using metals and marbles and embossing.  This is fun.

Grow your own vegetables if you can, at least a few in pots.  Gardening is good for your inner self, don't you think?

This one is cut from an empty soda can.  I am still learning how hard to press.

A sample of different metal thicknesses from the craft store.  If you like to doodle then you will like this creative play.
To make these I printed out a mirror image of the words I needed in a fun font and taped the paper to the back of the metal.  I placed the metal on a semi-soft surface, like a mouse pad or thinner and then pushed/traced each letter.  Then I turned it over and traced around the letters to make them pop.  I added doodles on some tags.  A paper punch works to make the hole in the top.
