This was dinner at a nice restaurant in Walla Walla called T. Maccarone's. They made a special entree for my husband and myself, after we asked what they could make that would fit our plant-based, no added fat diet. (I even asked for no onions or bell peppers, what a high maintenance gal!) It was spicy and delicious.
