Last night for dinner we tried this salad recipe from the "Healthy Girl's Kitchen" blog and it is very tasty! (click on the title above to go to her website) She calls the salad dressing "Creamy Asian Dressing Redux" and although it has nuts in it (which she used to replace a cup of olive oil in the original recipe!!!) I feel good about serving it occasionally. I did reduce the amount of sesame oil from two teaspoons down to 1/2 teaspoon. I served it over raw small brocolli pieces and shredded cabbage with fresh chopped tomatoes. It was so good I hope you try it too, in fact her website is very informative and fun. I highly recommend it!
